Includes handling complaints over perceived discrimination, or complaints concerning the work environment, organisation or distribution, peers, supervisors or subordinates. Also includes complaints regarding the provision of access to opportunities such as training, equipment, promotion or higher duties.
Note: Complaints over perceived discrimination could be on the grounds of sex, race, disability, pregnancy, carer responsibilities, homosexuality or transgender status and could also cover bullying or harassment.
